Georgia Public Service Commission Attorney
Representing Developers, Industry Groups and Stakeholders at the Georgia Public Service Commission
Representation Before the Georgia Public Service Commission
I represent developers, industry groups, utilities, investors, large energy users, and other stakeholders in matters before the Georgia Public Service Commission (PSC). I help clients navigate regulatory proceedings, manage risk, and position projects for approval in an increasingly complex policy environment.
Experience with Georgia PSC Proceedings
I have substantial experience with proceedings before the Georgia PSC, including:
-
Georgia Power Integrated Resource Plans (IRPs) – testified in two IRP proceedings and prepared witnesses in a third
-
Georgia Power Rate Cases – participated in regulatory proceedings affecting rates and cost recovery
-
Avoided Cost Docket – experience with PURPA-related issues and avoided cost determinations
In addition, I served as Policy Chair for the Georgia Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA), where I worked closely with stakeholders and policymakers on energy policy and regulatory matters in Georgia.
