About Tully Blalock
I am an attorney, former CEO, and former General Counsel with more than 20 years of experience across large-firm practice, executive leadership, and the energy industry.
I provide practical, business-oriented legal advice informed by firsthand experience developing, financing, and operating energy projects. My work focuses on helping clients navigate complex legal and commercial issues in a way that supports project execution and long-term success.
Prior to founding T. Blalock Law, I served as Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel of a renewable energy company and previously practiced at a large international law firm, where I handled complex commercial litigation and served as a federal law clerk.
